  • All shipping methods are in calculated in business days.  (Example: Next Day Air will arrive the business day after it is shipped.  Business days are considered to be Monday – Friday).

  • All shipping rates listed below represent cost per item for most items.  Some items may require additional shipping charges.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal online.
  • We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.
  • Absolutely NO returns, exchanges or refunds on items that have been opened or used to protect other customers.
  • Any product with manufacturing defect may be returned after getting an RMA # within 1 month of the purchase.

The shipping promotion is applied to your order when the retail value of the products in your cart subtotal are greater than the shipping minimum for the offer (when applicable). Shipping savings will be reflected in the shopping cart.

  • Shipping offer applies to GROUND shipping and is limited to U.S. continental 48 states only.
  • Priority shipping will be applied for expedited orders.
  • Items that are heavy/oversized will have normal shipping charges applied.
  • Offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Not valid on wholesale or bulk orders.
  • Cannot not be combined with any other offers.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or reject any orders based on stock on hand or other circumstances. This promotion is for a limited time and can be modified or terminated at any time without advance notice.


  • We ship to APO / FPO. These shipments can take upto a month to be delivered. These are shipped via USPS.




Items purchased from USBOXING.NET can be returned for refund or exchange for any reason within 120 days, provided the item is unused and in its unopened original packaging or is open but has a manufacturing fault making the merchandise unusable.

  • Please complete the Return Merchandise Form to start your Return for a Refund or an Exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and should use a trackable service to protect their returned merchandise. Any merchandise lost in shipping from the customer back to us will be customers responsibility.
  • Please follow instructions on the form to clearly mark if the merchandise is being returned for a refund, exchange and if it is in an unused un-opened condition or is damaged / has a manufacturing fault.
  • Refunds will be issued by the same method by which items were originally purchased.
  • All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. USBOXING.NET reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
  • The customer is responsible to ship at his / her cost, via a trackable / insured shipping method, any unused / unopened items for refund or exchange.
  • will not take responsibility of any merchandise shipped back without an RMA# and such number clearly and boldly marked on the box.

  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution.


WARRANTY warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. will replace or repair such product, provided it is returned within 120 days of its original purchase date, and after has established after inspection that the product has not been subjected to any abuse, neglect or misuse.
All returns must follow our returns policy, should have the RMA# and original order number clearly marked on the box and on a paper inside the box to process review and repair / replacement process.
